
Float a basil leaf on top of large cube. Sprinkle half pinch of salt over leaf and cube.
Muddle lime juice and 5 basil leaves in a shaker tin.
Add all other ingredients to shaker tin and hard shake with ice for 8-10 seconds.
Double strain using a fine mesh strainer into chilled old-fashioned glass with a large cube.
