How to make:
Instructions:
1. In a shaker, muddle the strawberries.
2. Add Hayman's Old Tom gin, white creme de cacao, and balsamic vinegar and ice to the shaker.
3. Shake well and double strain into a chilled rock glass with ice.
4. Garnish with a strawberry slice.
