How to make:

Add all ingredients to a cocktail tin with ice and shake hard. Double strain to a Nick & Nora glass. Express lemon oils over the drink, then cut a small slit in the lemon coin and affix to the side of the glass.

1 1/3 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
2/3 fl oz Cocchi Storico Vermouth di Torino
1/2 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2 drop Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters
7/12 fl oz Cynar artichoke amaro
1/6 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
1/2 fl oz Egg white
