First cut the lemmon Grass and muddel in shaker whit the mint leef, then add egg white and the rest of spirits.
Dry shake everything then shake whit ice, dubbel strain in Child Collins glass whit out ice

5/6 fl oz | Giffard Lichi Li Liqueur |
1 1/3 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
5/6 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
1 fl oz | Egg white |
1 inch | Lemongrass stem |
1 cupful | Mint leaves |
8 dash | Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters |
Top up with | Schweppes Russchian Pink Soda |
