
Dehydrated lime wheel, Mint Leaf and 3 Edible flowers.
Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, shake well and double strain into Brio glass.
Garnish cocktail by applying a small amount of a thick sugar syrup onto the base of the glass and placing dehydrated lime wheel, mint leaf and edible flowers. Elevate the cocktail by massaging (the term I like to use is Bush wacking) fresh mint around the rim of the glass.
