1.5 oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin. 0.5 oz Suze, 0.5 oz Pasubio, 0.5 oz Dolin Blanc, dash ango. Stir all ingredients over ice, then strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. Lemon oil expressed and discard. Served up in style with a smile.
