
A sprig of Rosemary
In a shaker glass muddle apples with your syrup and a few leaves of the rosemary until you have roughly 30ml of apple juice in the glass.
Add ice and pour over the Hayman's Old Tom Gin, Lime Juice, Bitter Truth Elderflower Liqueur and clear Apple Juice.
Stir until combined.
Strain into a classic martini glass and garnish with a small sprig of rosemary to float.
