
Express lemon peel over drink, then skewer it with a cherry, mount on the drink.
Add all ingredients, excpet the club soda, to a mixing tin. Hard shake, without ice, incorporating the powder. Add 2 cubes of ice, continue to shake to chill. Add the club soda to the tin, strain into Collins glass with fresh ice.
