Expressed lemon peel.

How to make:

In a stirring/mixing glass pour all ingredients starting with the smallest amount and working your way up. Fill with ice and stir 20-25 times or until condensation starts to form on the outside of the glass. Strain into Nick & Nora Glass or Small coupe 6oz max. Garnish with expressed lemon peel.

1 1/2 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1 1/4 fl oz Cocchi Americano Bianco
1/4 fl oz Bigallet China China Amer
1/8 fl oz Licor 43 Original liqueur
2 dash St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram liqueur
3 drops Fee Brothers Aztec Chocolate bitters
