Garnish:

Garnished with two drops of a islay scotch, and fresh grated nutmeg.

How to make:

Add the gin, banana liqueur, juices, and orgeat to your shaker tin. Add Ice and shake! Strain into your coupe then garnish with two drops islay scotch and fresh grated nutmeg. Enjoy!

2 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
3/4 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/3 fl oz Pineapple juice
1/3 fl oz Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur
1/2 fl oz Orgeat (almond) sugar syrup (2:1)
2 drops Peated single malt whisky
1 dried Freshly grated nutmeg
