Garnish:

1 Fresh Cucumber slice on a stick 3 pieces of Fresh strawberry slices

How to make:

Add ice to an old fashion glass . Add 50ml of Haymans Old Tom Gin - 30ml of Monin basil syrop and 20 ml of fresh squeezed lime to a stair glass. Add 3 drops of Bitter Truth cucumber bitters. Add ice until the half of the stair glass and stair the ingredients with the ice using the bar spoon for about 20 times. Remove the ice from the old fashion glass and replace it with fresh ice. Using a strainer fill up the glass from the stair glass until is 2/3 full. Top up with Double Dutch Cucumber and Watermelon tonic and stair the ingredients together in the glass. Then enjoy the Green Velvet!
