How to make:

1. Combine the Hayman's Old Tom, Tio Pepe Palomino Fino Sherry, aquafaba, clarified soy sauce, fish sauce, and honey in a cocktail shaker.
2. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
3. Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass.
4. Garnish with Parsley Flakes
5. Enjoy your unique cocktail creation!

1 1/2 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1/2 fl oz Gonzalez Byass Tio Pepe Palomino Fino Sherry
1/2 fl oz Aquafaba
3 dash Soy sauce
3 dash Fish sauce
1/3 fl oz Honey
