
Take one thin slice of cucumber and make a small slit to put on the rim of the glass. Then take a strawberry and cut it in half with a small slit to put on the rim in front of the cucumber slice.
Take one fresh, halved strawberry and 2 thin slices of cucumber and add to a shaker tin. Add .75oz of Aperol Apertivo and muddle. Then add .25oz fresh lemon juice, 1.5oz of Hayman's Old Tom Gin, ice and shake. Use a Hawthorne strainer and a mesh strainer to double strain into a collins glass. Add Ice and top with club soda (about 3oz). Give a gentle stir to incorporate the club soda.
