Large wine glass

Garnish:

Garnish with toasted rosemary and apple fan.

How to make:

Combine in wine glass with ice:
35 ml Hayman's Old Tom Gin
5 ml Grenadine
10 ml Lejay Pomme Verte (green apple) liqueur
5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

Stir and churn.

Top with:
90 ml Fiol Rosé prosecco
30 ml Fevertree Soda Water

3 fl oz Fiol Rosé prosecco
1/3 fl oz Lejay Pomme Verte (green apple) liqueur
1/6 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/6 fl oz Grenadine/pomegranate syrup
1 fl oz Fever-Tree Premium Soda Water
