
Passion fruit slice; sat on top of the cocktail.
Build all ingredients, except soda, in a cocktail tin. Dry shake the ingredients with one ice cube (a milk frother also works); fill tin with ice and wet shake. Fine strain into a chilled highball glass. Top with soda water to the rim of the glass. Garnish with a passion fruit slice.
