- [ ] 15 ml purple carrot
- [ ] 30 ml Pear Juice
- [ ] 25 ml Cilantro Perilla Syrup
- [ ] 25 lime juice
- [ ] 8 drop celery bitter
Give the shaker a fine shake about 8-15 seconds
Double strain it into the glass
and put garnish kn the top
