Collins glass

Garnish:

Lg. fresh basil leaf nestled in the glass near the straw.

How to make:

Chill Collins glass. Combine all ingredients minus tea into shaker tin. Add ice and shake well for 15 seconds. Double strain into chilled Collins glass over a Collins ice sphere. Top with cold tea and stir briefly.

1 2/3 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
2 leaf Basil leaves
2 drops Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
3 fl oz Green tea (cold)
3/4 fl oz Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
3/4 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2 sprig Coriander/Cilantro leaves
