Coupe glass

Garnish:

Place a thin lime wheel on the side of the glass.

How to make:

Shake all ingredients vigorously in a tin with ice for ten seconds. Double strain into a coupe and garnish with a thin lime wheel. (Yukon Cornelius character garnish just for show).

3/4 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
1 fl oz Mezcal
3/4 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
3/4 fl oz Dolin Génépy le Chamois Liqueur
