How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into the shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into a Nick and Nora glass.
| 1 fl oz | Planteray Barbados Grand Reserve 5 Year Old Rum |
| 3/4 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
| 1/2 fl oz | Brancamenta |
| 1/2 fl oz | Hamilton 151 Overproof Demerara Rum |
| 1/2 fl oz | Orgeat (almond) sugar syrup (2:1) |
| 1/2 fl oz | Double cream / heavy cream |
| 1/2 fl oz | Egg white |
| 2 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
| 2 dash | Cherry bitters |
