Peychauds spray + Cherry
Add all ingredients into a shaker, dry shake to emulsify the egg and then shake with ice. Fine strain into a nick and nora and finish with a spritz of peychauds bitters and a cherry.
| 1/2 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
| 1 1/3 fl oz | Plymouth Gin |
| 2 dash | Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters |
| 2 dash | Angostura Cocoa Bitters |
| 1 whole | Egg (white & yolk) |
| 1/2 fl oz | Cola (e.g. Coca-Cola or Pepsi) |
