Spiced Cherry Sour

Coupe glass

Garnish:

Grated nutmeg and cinnamon stick.

How to make:

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. Dry shake without ice and strain into chilled glass.

1 1/2 fl oz Spiced rum
3/4 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
3/4 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1/6 fl oz Falernum liqueur
1/2 fl oz Egg white (pasteurised)
6 drop Woodford Reserve Spiced Cherry Bourbon Barrel Aged Bitters
