How to make:

Wet the edge of a coupe glass and rim it with finely ground pepper (white pepper preferred!). Add a small iceberg. Mix the Heering Cherry Liqueur and Aquavit and carefully pour it over the iceberg. Take a spring of fresh thyme and express it by slapping it between your palms, then float it next to the iceberg and serve.
