
Mandarine and thyme
In a shaker put all the ingrediens except ginger beer. Add half mandarin fruit and muddler it. Then shake everything with ice and double strain it an a highball full of ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with rest of the fruit on a stick and on piece of thyme. Enjoyed.
1/2 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
1 fl oz | Citadelle Gin |
1/3 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
7/12 fl oz | Monin Spiced Red Berries Syrup |
1 1/3 fl oz | Tangerine / Mandarin / Clementine juice (fresh juice) |
3 1/3 fl oz | Bundaberg Ginger Beer |
1 gram | Fresh thyme |
