How to make:

Start by pouring 0.25 oz demerera syrup (2:1) to a toddy glass. This is then followed by 1 oz lemon juice, 0.5 oz Heering Cherry, 0.25 oz Fernet Branca, and 1 oz Plantation Original Dark Rum. Finally, pour 2 oz of boiling water to the glass and stir lightly to incorporate ingredients.

1/4 fl oz Fernet Branca liqueur
1 fl oz Plantation Original Dark rum
1 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/4 fl oz Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
1/2 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
2 fl oz Boiling water
