Garnish:

Grated nutmeg angostura drops rosemary sprig

How to make:

Add all ingredients in your shaker tin and shake without ice (Dry Shake)
then add ice and shake again.
double strain into a chilled coupe glass
use a dropper to drop angostura bitters in pattern shown in photo.
grate nutmeg over half or all
add one 2-3 inch rosemary sprig on its side

1 1/2 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
1/2 fl oz Laird's Straight Applejack 86
1/4 fl oz Beetroot juice
3/8 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
3/8 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 dash Rhubarb bitters
1 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
1/2 fl oz Aquafaba
