
Thinly slice a pink grapefruit. Ease down the side of the glass.
Garnish first.
2/3 fill with ice.
Shake the first 4 ingredients well and strain into the glass (ensuring the dashes of bitters are generous).
Gently pour the pink grapefruit syrup into the centre of the glass so it satisfyingly finds its way to the bottom.
Luxuriate.
1 2/3 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
2 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
1 fl oz | Glenfiddich 12 Year Old Speyside single malt |
1 2/3 fl oz | Orange juice (freshly squeezed) |
2/3 fl oz | Monin Pink Grapefruit Syrup |
