How to make:
Add all ingredients to a shaker, dry shake followed by a wet shake, then double strain into the glass.
Express the orange peel and place on the rim of the glass.

| 1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1/4 fl oz | Amaro Montenegro |
| 5/6 fl oz | Egg white (pasteurised) |
| 2 dash | Fee Brothers Turkish Tobacco Bitters |
