
Mandarine peel (cut off circle, squeeze over cocktail and discard) or lemon twist if mandarines are not in season.
Shake all ingredients and strain into chilled glass.
1 fl oz | Blended Scotch whisky |
1/2 fl oz | Ardbeg Ten (10 Year Old) |
3/4 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
2 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
1/2 fl oz | Bénédictine D.O.M. |
1/8 fl oz | Absinthe verte |
