Top with grated dark chocolate.
1. Add all the ingredients to a shaker and shake without ice.
2. Add ice and shake again.
3. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass and top with grated dark chocolate.
| 1 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
| 1/2 fl oz | Single cream/half-and-half |
| 1 whole | Egg (white & yolk) |
| 1/2 fl oz | Courvoisier V.S. |
| 1/2 fl oz | De Kuyper White Crème de Cacao Liqueur |
| 3 dash | Bittermens Xocolatl Mole bitters |
