How to make:

Measure Mandarine Napoleon, Bourbon and Orange juice into a blender cup. Add 1 scoop (50g.) of vanilla ice cream and 20g. crushed ice. Blend until smooth and pour into a large coupe glass. Swirl in 3 dashes of Scrappy's Aromatic bitters and garnish with orange peel.

1 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
1/2 fl oz Woodford Reserve bourbon
2 fl oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
1 scoop Vanilla ice cream
3 dash Scrappy's Aromatic Bitters
