
Mandarin zest and basil leaf
Put the basil leaves into the shaker.
Add the Napoleon Mandarin liqueur and the other ingredients and let infuse for a fwlew seconds.
Fill up the collins glass with cubbed ice, add the soda and start to shake gently the ingredients in the shaker ( basil can release clorofile, it will go bitter).
Fine strain the mixer over the soda, add Prosecco and give a quick stir.
1 1/3 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
1/2 fl oz | St-Germain elderflower liqueur |
1/3 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/3 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
5 leaf | Basil leaves |
2 1/3 fl oz | Fever-Tree Premium Soda Water |
1/2 fl oz | Prosecco sparkling wine |
