How to make:
Crush TWO (no more) cardamom pods in a shaker. Add all spirits, lime juice and soy into the shaker - shake well with ice. Fine strain and then add egg white or vegan foaming agent - then dry shake. Pour into chilled martini glass and garnish with dehydrated mandarine slice.

| 2/3 fl oz | Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka |
| 1/4 fl oz | Mozart Dark Chocolate liqueur |
| 1/3 fl oz | De Kuyper Triple Sec (40%) |
| 1/4 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1⁄8 cupful | Green cardamom pods |
| 1 dash (4 drops) | Soy sauce |
| 1/2 fl oz | Egg white |
