A twist of lemon and a sprig of mint
In my shaker filled with ice, I add the mint, lemon juice, rhubarb purée and Mandarin Napoleon.
Then I shake and double-filter my cocktail in a Coupette glass
| 2/3 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 2/3 fl oz | Le Fruit de Monin Rhubarb |
| 1 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
| 10 unit | Mint leaves |
| 1 1/6 fl oz | Pisco |
