How to make:
Reverse dry shake all ingredients until chilled and fluffy. Double strain over large ice cube into tumbler and garnish with orange wedge 'beak'.

| 1 1/2 fl oz | Pisco |
| 1/3 fl oz | Cappelletti Aperitivo |
| 3/4 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1/2 fl oz | Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2 sugar to 1 water) |
| 1/2 fl oz | Egg white |
| 2 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
