Crème de Fraise liqueurs labelled 'Fraises des Bois', which translates as strawberries of the wild, are not made from strawberries literally gown in the wild, but are most likely to be made from a variety of strawberry called Fragaria vesca, commonly called wild strawberries or woodland strawberry.
