A small distillery in Alsace, where Gilbert Miclo and his family produce an outstanding range of eaux-de-vie.
Miclo selection are aged for a minimum of three years. Also available are Grand Réserves, aged for five years and eaux de vie with a whole fruit and baby fruit in the bottle and Coeur de chauffe, only produced from the middle 5% of the second distillation.
