Perry's & Co. may be missing the swing doors but it has something of a modern day saloon feel - helped by exposed brick walls, bare wooden floor and a distinctly vintage back bar with an antique model ship perched atop an impressive centrepiece wood and glass refrigerator. The 1898 build historic building which houses this bar has been very sympathetically converted. Originally a dry goods store, apparently it's backdoor opened as a speakeasy during prohibition.

Professional thirty and forty somethings natter loudly, the nose bouncing around the hard surface space, evident between tracks or during the quieter moments of the soft rock which fills the space.

Bottles of house infusions on the marble bar counter play a major role in the spirit-led cocktails curated by cousins and best friends Kyle Taylor & Joe Petersen. We've experienced some great bartending here but also witnessed a rooky struggling to open her shakers. Our favourite from the menu is the Smoky Bandit with Lapsang Souchong infused gin, marschino liqueur and sweet vermouth.)

Percy's also boasts a full menu and a back patio.
