Review

Opened his door in 2018, Pandenus is a modern all-day bar that offers the possibilities to buy products as bread and pizza. It opens early morning serving coffees and typical Italian breakfasts. Going through lunch time and Aperitivo, which is a must to try, it stays open until midnight for post dinner drinks.

The best time to enjoy aperitivo is in sunset time, because the sun is going down behind the "bosco verticale" (vertical forest) a model of sustainable residential building, a metropolitan reforestation project that contributes to the regeneration of the environment and urban biodiversity without expanding outwards but upwards to the skies.

The perfect drink for the Pandenus is a classic Americano, a refreshing aperitivo to be matched with a dishes designed by the 2 Michelin star Chef Enrico Bartolini.

The place offers relaxing atmosphere and great quality ingredients. Bread and Baked goods are produced exclusively in the central Pandenus laboratory. The coffee come from an artisanal laboratory where the machine date back to the 50s.
