A ‘white’ Jamaican Rum distilled at Appleton’s own sugar cane estate from molasses extracted from cane grown on the estate. Spirits drawn from both pot and column stills are aged, blended and then charcoal filtered to produce this clear rum.

Taste:

Light and elegant, but with an almost creamy mouth feel. Fudge and caramel flavours to the fore with gingerbread, cinnamon, then more subtle pear, lychee, coffee and dark chocolate notes.
