Aroma:
Fresh, mashed ripe apricot flesh, perfumed apricot blossom, like walking through an apricot orchard on a sunny day.
Taste:
Apricot conserve, baked ripe - almost over-ripe - apricot flesh with dusty notes.
Aftertaste:
Lingering baked apricot with faint apple notes and fading cinnamon.
