Review and Tasting

Sampled on 20/07/2023

Appearance:

Cloudy, opaque milky grey.

Aroma:

Toasted biscotti with dairy aromas, Play-doh, almond and Battenberg cake.

Taste:

Sugared almond and Battenberg cake with faint steamed banana leaf and fresh rosemary with gum Arabic-like viscosity.

Aftertaste:

Icing sugar, fading with sugared almonds and nougat.

Overall:

A nose with notes somewhat reminiscent of Play-doh leads to a rich palate with flavours of sugared almond and Battenberg cake.
