(sample bottle BBE Feb/16) Cloudy, opaque milky grey.
Toasted biscotti with dairy aromas, Play-doh, almond and Battenberg cake.
Sugared almond and Battenberg cake with faint steamed banana leaf and fresh rosemary with gum Arabic-like thickness.
Icing sugar, fading with sugared almonds and nougat.
A nose with notes somewhat reminiscent of Play-doh leads to a rich palate with flavours of sugared almond and Battenberg cake.
