Review and Tasting

Sampled on 10/09/2012

Appearance:

Cloudy, off-white, faint straw yellow.

Aroma:

Lemonade, faint ginger, bay leaf and a slight whiff of disinfectant.

Taste:

Syrupy sweet, with mild ginger, lime cordial and icing sugar.

Aftertaste:

Faint lingering lime and ginger. Like the palate, lacks ginger fiery spice.
