Review and Tasting

Sampled on 10/02/2014

Appearance:

(sample from batch L008) Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Pastry, vanilla, leather and lemon curd with hairspray and light smoke. A splash of water amplifies vegetal notes.

Taste:

Old leather boots, smoke, nutmeg and sweet vegetal notes and gentle smoke. Water kills the natural sweetness – much better neat.

Aftertaste:

Smoked old leather, vanilla and pastry.
