Appearance:

Hazy, pale sandy yellow with a short-lived head and very light lacing.

Aroma:

Dusty straw and two-day old grass cuttings, with brown bready malt and faint clove.

Taste:

Yeasty, slightly sour and lightly bitter with lemon zest, clove, coriander and white pepper.

Aftertaste:

Bready, lightly sour and bitter. Fades with clove, coriander and white pepper.

Overall:

Bready and yeast with lemon zest, clove, coriander and white pepper spice.
