Sampled on 04/11/2019

Appearance:

Clear, golden amber.

Aroma:

Apricot jam, candied fruit, vanilla, honey, quince and toasty oak with faint clove and violet.

Taste:

Vanilla and delicately spiced toasty oak with clove, mocha coffee, orange marmalade and apricot jam.

Pastry, clove, dry toasty oak and vanilla.

Overall:

Dry wine tannins balance rich vanilla and honeyed notes in this characterful, lightly clove spiced and distinctly Italian brandy.
