Appearance:

Clear, bright golden amber.

Aroma:

Toffee, cacao, coffee, vanilla, sawn oak, honey and cinnamon with passion fruit, peach, apricot.

Taste:

Cinnamon and pepper spiced dry oak with bitter roasted coffee, mellowed by toffee, rich honey, cane sugar and vanilla. Subtle with cacao and citrusy passion fruit.

Aftertaste:

Long. Dry spicy oak with apricot and vanilla.

Overall:

Dry oak tannins, cinnamon and peppery spice are mellowed by toffee, sugar cane and honey sweetness with vanilla with cacao and citrusy passion fruit.
