Review and Tasting

Sampled on 11/01/2024

Appearance:

Clear, golden/orange amber.

Aroma:

Cracked pepper, chili pepper, muscovado sugar and faint roasted pineapple.

Taste:

Rum leads (butterscotch, charcoal, walnut and citrus), then assertive peppery (not hot spice) spice kicks in. Pineapple is very subdued.

Aftertaste:

Long, lingering peppery spice fades to leave toasty muscovado and delicate smokiness.

Overall:

It would be good to experience more of the pineapple. Please spice notes are assertive but not overpowering.
