Serve at 10 -12ºC (50 - 54ºF) with rich desserts, cakes and pastries, poured over vanilla ice cream, or with strong blue cheeses.

Pungent raisins and dates with dark chocolate, liquorice, walnut and coffee.

Taste:

Intense, rich and raisiny with figs and dates. Hints of liquorice, maple syrup and coffee. Heavy mouthfeel.

Overall:

An intensely flavoured liquid dessert that's rich and sweet but with a balancing acidic grip.
