Appearance:

Clear, deep golden amber.

Aroma:

Toffee fudge and raisin with cherry, nutmeg and roasted coffee.

Taste:

More toffee, nutmeg and raisin with crushed mint leaves and eucalyptus on a dry palate.

Aftertaste:

Bittersweet butterscotch, toffee, dry tree bark, cork, crushed mint and eucalyptus.

Overall:

Comparatively dry and faintly bitter with light honeyed sweetness and eucalyptus, crushed mint freshness.
