Appearance:

Clear, deep golden amber.

Aroma:

Dried fruit, coconut, soft macaroon and cream fudge with wisps of smoke. Water releases more fudge.

Taste:

Sweet tropical fruit, salty with faint cacao. Water amplifies fruit to reveal pear drops but with underlying oak and salt.

Aftertaste:

Tropical fruit continues with cigar leaf and dry salty oak.
